Here we go again! Everyone’s favorite time of the year is back! Make sure you pack light - you’ll be bringing home bags full of Omiš beach, music, dance, history, fun, nature & sports!
Join us for our popular summer-long manifestation consisting of 10 different, mostly FREE events for families, couples, or anyone traveling alone! Most of the events are completely free - no registration or reservations are required!
🩴 HISTORY IN FLIP-FLOPS
Buzzing after your first Monday-morning coffee? Direct your flip-flopped feet to our Tourist Information Center at 9 AM for a 1,5-hour FREE city-center guided tour!
🍿 MOONSCREEN CINEMA
Starting June 24th, pick a favorite spot in front of the big screen every Monday at city beach Punta for FREE, moonlit movie nights!
👙 SUNSCREEN WORKOUT
Ready to hit the beach with easy & fun exercise? Join us for Sunscreen Aqua Aerobics (11 AM) or Parasol Pilates (9 AM) every Tuesday and Thursday, starting July!
🌅 AFTER BEACH HISTORY
Tired of the same old after beach party? Take a dip into late Tuesday afternoons (7 PM / 8 PM) at the Historical Museum of Poljica in Gata - just a short drive away from the beach!
🥾 SUMMER HATS HIKE
Grab your biggest sun hat, some hiking shoes and head on an easy Wednesday morning (8 AM) guided hiking tour to Fortica Fortress and the best panoramic view of your Omiš holiday! Meeting point: Tourist Information Center.
🪣 KIDS’ BEACH BUCKET
Fill in your kids’ time at the beach! FREE puppet & clown shows, painting workshops, sports activities, and more every Wednesday in July & August.
🍦 ICE CREAM A CA****LA NIGHTS
No autotune, just pure music guaranteed! Enjoy the voices of our UNESCO-recognized klapa singers in the streets of Omiš every Thursday evening from June 6th.
🖌 POSTCARDS FROM THE PAST
Visit the City Museum & send a postcard from Omiš! Fridays (10 AM), join our guided tour and Glagolitic workshop to learn more about our fascinating heritage.
🕯 PIRATES’ TREASURE TALES
Once, we were fearsome pirates, now we’re eager to share our tales with you! Each Friday evening (7:30 PM), discover more about our popular sailors at Mirabela Fortress.

Get ready for big waves of Omiš sounds and culture coming your way! Enjoy FREE folklore dance shows on June 14th, July 13th, August 2nd, and September 6th at Poljica Square.
