Villa Zaglava will be unique object on the Adriatic Coast... located on the island of Pag outside settlements and tourist crowds, on a large private, dry-stone wall enclosed landed property on the southern coast of the island, with views of the islands of Northern Dalmatia, romantic sunsets, private access to the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, will provide the perfect and absolutely intimate holiday for family, close friends or business partners.
Villa Zaglava will be unique for its architecture which fits into the untouched nature of the island. Special attention is dedicated to renewable energy sources, it's "off-grid" house. Its Minimalist Style will provide absolute comfort and a dash of luxury.
Villa will have 4 bedrooms, two of which are with own bathrooms which will provide comfortable accommodation for 8 persons. All rooms will have a perfect view of the sea and islands and exit towards big terrace with a heated pool. Big living room with dining area and equipped modern kitchen will be ideal for a family atmosphere and fun together.
Villa will be fully equipped with all appliances, heating and cooling that provide a pleasant stay throughout the year.
Villa will have access through private unpaved road that will provide absolute privacy and peace during the day and at night.
Looking forward to opening and first guests already in spring next year...
