Udaljenost do prekrasnih pješčanih i kamenih plaža je cca 700 m. Do teniskih terena, nogometnih terena, dječjeg parka, trim parka i sportskog betonskog igrališta potrebno je manje od 2 minute hoda. Kuća u kojoj su smješteni apartmani, s obzirom da je novogradnja, nema fasadu. U stražnjem dijelu kuće prostire se velika kamena terasa sa roštiljem. Kamena terasa okružena je maslinama, vinovom lozom i

kivijem koji pruža potpuni mediteranski doživljaj te hlad tijekom cijelog dana. Besplatan parking za dva vozila se nalazi u sklopu dvorišta kuće. Interijer apartmana je novouređen. Apartman je podjeljen na 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnu sobu spojenu s blagavaonom, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tuš kabinom i ostavom sa perilicom za rublje. Apartman je opremljen sa klima uređajem, smart TV-om (sa streaming uslugama Netflix, Amazon prime, itd.), perilicom za rublje, perilica za posuđe, pećnicom, Wifi-em (neogranicen internet), fenom, svim kuhinjskim potrepštinama za spremanje i konzumaciju hrane (tave, beštek, lonci, tanjuri, itd.), indukcijski štednjak, 2 bicikla te 4 teniska reketa. Dnevna soba sadrži kutni kauč koji je moguće rastegnuti i koristiti kao ležaj za 2 osobe. Također, moguće je koristiti kinderbet, no potrebno je unaprijed naglasiti. Ako se dogodi da nešto fali, uvijek se lako nabavi :)

Apartments Komin are located in a small town of Pakoštane. Perfect location is characterized by small distance from apartment to many summer attractions. Distance from the beautiful sand and rock beaches is 700 m. There’s less than 2 minute walk from apartment to tennis courts, soccer field, trim park, children's playground and basketball courts. As the apartment house is newly built, it has no façade. In the back of the apartment there’s spacious Mediterranean stone terrace with grill. Stone terrace is surrounded by olive trees, grapevine and kiwi trees which provides full Mediterranean experience and gives a good shade for hot sunny days. There’s free parking for 2 automobiles within the house yard. Apartment interior is newly arranged and it is divided into 2 bedrooms, living room combined with dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin and pantry with washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air conditioning inverter device, smart TV (with streaming services as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hair dryer, everything that’s needed for food preparation and food consumption (pans, pots, plates, forks, knives, spoons, etc.), 2 bikes and 4 tennis rackets. There’s foldable corner sofa in the living room that can be used as extra bed for 2 adults. Also, if there’s need for the Kinderbet, it needs to be said in advance in order to prepare it.
