Papa’s Court, Pasman Villas Authentic Croatian Luxury Villas with Pool on Island Pasman. Inside the villa there are 3 bedrooms with king size beds situated on the first floor of the house.

This luxury villa with pool (5* category) is located on the island of Pasman (Zadar archipelago) in Croatia. All the bedrooms have separate bathrooms, autonomous air conditioning/heating and LCD TVs with digital receiver. The antique bathrooms with brass lion foot tub provide all luxury set of amenities such as bio-organic shampoos, conditioners and lotions, embroidered towel set and bath robes, b

ath slippers, hair dryer, magnifying mirror and telephone. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room containing sofa and two armchaira, table and a satellite TV with home theatre system. The inside kitchen as well as the outdoor one are fully equipped. You will find there all the tools to completely enjoy the preparation of your meals: stove, oven, grill, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, glasses, plates and cooking utensils, ... For your complete safety, the house is protected by the alarm protection system. In front of the house there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and patio dining area. The private swimming pool of 50 square meters is also placed in front of the villa, surrounded with a spacious Mediterranean garden (1.000 sqm). Next to the entrance of the villa there is a private parking lot for 3 vehicles. Smoking is allowed only outside the house, the property is cleaned every morning and towels and linen are included and changed every day. This luxury villa with pool is suitable for elderly, children are welcome and pets are accepted.
