Trošti ist ein kleines Dorf in Zentralistrien, nur ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt befindet sich der offizielle geographische Mittelpunkt Istriens. Es ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren, und die Strände der West- und Ostküste Istriens sind gleichermaßen etwa eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Das freistehende Haus Erisa ist mit rund 300 Jahren das älteste Haus des Dorfes. Sein Besitzer hat es über zehn Jahre lang liebevoll restauriert und modernen Bedürfnissen angepasst, dabei jedoch darauf geachtet, möglichst autochthone und natürliche Materialien zu verwenden, um den ursprünglichen Charakter zu erhalten. Auch wenn das Grundstück des Hauses relativ klein ist, gehören zum Anwesen mehrere Hektar Wiesen, Felder und Wälder, auf denen Sie sich ungehindert bewegen können. Ihre Vermieter, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen, beschäftigen sich im Nebenerwerb mit Landwirtschaft, überwiegend für den Eigenbedarf. Außerdem halten sie Schafe, Hühner und ein Pferd.

Haus für 6-8 Personen: ca. 95 m² auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Einzelbett sowie Klimaanlage, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die erste Etage erreichen Sie entweder über die Treppe vom Erdgeschoss aus oder direkt über die Außentreppe und die Eingangsterrasse. In der ersten Etage befindet ein sich Wohnraum mit Küche, Essbereich und großem offenem Kamin sowie Klimaanlage, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Einzelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Kleine überdachte Terrasse (ca. 6 m²) in der ersten Etage, große Terrasse (ca. 42 m²) mit Sitzgruppe, Esstisch und Grillkamin vor dem Haus.

Sonstiges: WiFi-Internet kostenlos verfügbar. Es stehen drei Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung, Kinderspielplatz und Bocciabahn 200 m entfernt. Bei Ihren Gastgebern können Sie saisonabhängig Obst und Gemüse aus biologischem Anbau sowie Eier von glücklichen Hühnern erwerben, außerdem im September bei der Weinlese helfen. Enduro-Fahrer sind herzlich willkommen – auf vorherige Anfrage wird Ihr Vermieter gern Enduro-Touren durch die Landschaften und Wälder Zentralistriens führen. Nur 8 km entfernt befindet sich das „Zarečki Krov“, von den Einheimischen auch „Riviera von Pazin“ genannt. Hier stürzt der kleine Fluss Pazinčica als Wasserfall in einen kleinen See. Diese Gegend ist nicht nur ideal für Wanderungen, sondern im Sommer auch ein beliebter Badeplatz.

Just 8 km away, you'll find the “Zarečki Krov”, also called “Pazin Riviera” by the locals. Here, the small river Pazinčica forms a waterfall which is falling into a small lake. This area is perfect not only for hiking trips, but a popular bathing place during summer as well.

Trošti is a small village in Central Istria, just a few hundred meters away you'll find the official geographical center of Istria. It is the perfect origin for hiking and biking trips, and the beaches of Istria's western and eastern coast are just half an hour drive away. With an age of about 300 years, Erisa is the oldest house of the village. For more than a decade, its owner restored and renovated it, and adapted it to modern demands. He took care to use autochtonous and natural materials to conserve its original character. Although the plot is comparatively small, the estate consists of hectares of lawns, fields, and woods, where you can move freely. Your landlords, which are living in the neighbouring house, are dealing with agriculture for their personal demands. In addition, they have sheep, chickens, and a horse.

House for 6–8 persons: approx. 95 m² on two floors. On the gound floor you'll find one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a single bed, and air conditioning, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom mit shower and toilet. The first floor can be approached via the interior stairs or directly via the exterior stairs and the terrace. Here you'll find the living room with kitchen, dining corner, and a big fireplace, as well as air conditioning, one bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Small roofed terrace (approx. 6 m²) on the first floor, large terrace (approx. 42 m²) with dining table and barbecue fire place in front of the house.

Further details: WiFi free of charge. Three bicycles free of charge, children's playground and french bowls 200 m away. Depending on the season, from your landlords you can buy organic fruits and vegetables as well as fresh eggs from happy chickens, furthermore assist in the vintage in September. Trail bike riders are welcome – on request, your landlord will be happy to organise trail bike tours through the countryside and woods of Central Istria.
