Another busy day here in Porec on the wonderful Adriatic coast Old Town Charmer with our guest on their bikes from Italy having already started their way home and we have already started prepping for our next guest from Germany arriving later today. It was a hugely busy week with lots of events in town with the Wednesday jazz fiesta in the grounds local museum/cafe the Lapodarium,oby at the Roman Ampitheater in P**a on Thursday and a regatta at our sailing club all weekend of which our little sail boat Duda was on the start line, hope u all are staying safe and happy as we are with the season only half way through we are busy but still living in the centre of a UNESCO Listed town on the coast surrounded by cafes, restaurants, museums, galleries and Roman ruins just a few steps from the water so we can cook down at will! @ The Old Town Charmer with our most recent guest from Sweden leaving and continuing Thier bicycle ride toward P**a and beyond and we have prepped our studio for our next guest arriving later today from Italy who will spend a few days with us before we have another busy regatta weekend at our local Yacht Club we are members of and sail out of, safe and happy travels everyone and I attached a few sunset pics from the club over the last few days and tonite is again the Jazz festival in the garden of the Lapodarium which is the oldest jazz festival in the country in the grounds of the oldest museum in our historically significant province.

Does this feel like a day you want during your self funded retirement or Nomadic life digital or not it won't matter or make a difference! Another wonderful day is forecast here in Porec on the wonderful northern Adriatic coast and yes here Old Town Charmer we have another departure with our guest from just up the road in Trieste leaving soon and later today we will welcome new guests from New Zealand, yes that New Zealand the rugby people! As you all know we are in likely the best place to spend your summer days on all the European coast and being just a few metres from the sea, some of the finest and best restaurants in Europe, great cafes, markets (seafood, fruit & veg plus our wonderful local olive oil and truffles) plus with all our UNESCO listed places of cultural interest and art galleries it is seriously hard to beat and as you know this is the reason we get guest every year all year from all parts of the world not just Europe as you never need a car, walk off the ferry from Venice (2daily) walk from the wharf to our door, grab one of our supplied beach towels and off you go, just for a reminder I attached another clip from yesterday afternoon sunning and swimming in from of or world famous 5th century UNESCO listed Basilica, get in touch we still have days here and there but if u don't text us u won't know, safe and happy travels everyone and here's the clip to make u all jealous! If you feel like one of these days in a self funded retirement on The Adriatic coast and become the envy of all ur friends get in touch, we have what U want. Another hot day here here in Porec on the beautiful Northern Istrian Adriatic coast and we have another changeover and more enquiries for the rest of the season which is quietly filling up, once the new peeps from Italy arrive we will do our usual thing hit up the rowing club for some much needed exercise on the machines then go and get a swim and some sun lying on the waters edge in front of our lil cities 5th century UNESCO listed Basilica, if you haven't booked your summer vacay yet hit us up you kwo the script if you have been here before, easy to get to for those of you that know having a car on vacay stuck in border traffic is a total pain in the butt especially when her U can walk in moments to cafes, swimming, reactants and the sea arrive by fery or bus and just enjoy ur vacay, safe and happy travels to everyone.

This could be your day on the Adriatic if you lived here Another busy day today here in Porec @ The Old Town Charmer with another changeover and we said goodbye to our latest guest from Toronto who headed off to Venice and beyond and we have already welcomed new guest from Cork in Ireland who are out first Irish guest ain a while, hope u are all well and staying cool 😎 we will be walking around the corner soon to take a swim and bake in the sun in front of our lil cities UNESCO listed 5th century Basilica which if you have stayed with us you know exactly what I'm talking about, safe and happy travels everyone. We pan to take our lil sailboat Duda out this week and test out new crab traps fingers crossed we get enough for a meal! Cheers

Downstairs studio is fully legal and operational and if you just want a holiday house u don't even need a car, fly to , Venice from anywhere in the world and take the daily ferry to you front door.
