For your holidays on the island of Brač near Postira, we offer you a stone house (25m2) built in authentic Mediterranean style with spacious garden (400m2). House is situated in secluded place, away from city crowd and surrounded by olive trees. While relaxing on one of three large terraces offers you a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, the cities on the mainland, Split and Omiš, above which
rise the mountains that create a special atmosphere. The house is located 4km from Postira and the 1000 meters airline from the beautiful sandy beach “Lovrečina”. From the main road to the house leads a concrete road (700m) and we provides you a parking place next to the house. The house is equipped with solar cells that provide electrical power ( 220V) (not recommended to use house appliances that are heavy users. The water is from the tank (30000 L) and is recommended the rational use. Hot water is heated by solar energy and can be used in the kitchen, the bathroom and the outside shower.
