In this unstable and unfortunate time of COVID-19 pandemic, trust and health of our guests come first!

All Air-Conditioning devices were regurairly cleaned and maintained but now they are also detaily freshly disenfected few days ago. Pool water will be disenfected few times during their staying, but also before each new guest. So they will get fully disinfected home with all necessary measures to ensure their healthy and relaxed vacation in their Villa.

WE WISH THAT GUESTS KNOW THAT WE ARE AWARE AND THAT WE CARE!

We ensure:
1. High-pressure professional vapour cleaner (170°C and 7 bar) to completely disinfect entire space before their arrival (done by hosts) free from chemicals and allergens.
2. Disinfection of towels and bed linen by 100°C vapour wash.
3. Information set about all measures that will ensure their safety during their vacation and important information about COVID-19 in Istria available in the house.
4. Set of cleaning alcohol based chemicals for disinfection of hands and space for guests to use.
5. Communication with us (hosts) abut details of their staying, house, activities available 0-24 h by online service Viber and WhatsApp with as less contact as possible to ensure their privacy and safety.
