The view from the large apartment with 80m2 of living space, on the second floor, shows on one side the main square of P**a, the so-called Forum, adorned by the beautiful umbrellas of the cafés, and on the other side the view of the sea. The location of the accommodation allows you to visit the city monuments on foot, such as the Temple of Augustus, the Golden and Twin Gates, the imposing fortress called Kaštel, the underground tunnels called Zero Street and, of course, the world-famous amphitheater.
After a stroll through the old town, you come straight into the comfort zone in the spacious apartment, with a swing to relax in, or into the spacious kitchen where you can make yourself at home and prepare a meal or a delicious drink. A large living room with two windows facing the old town is flooded with sunlight all day long. A comfortable couch in front of a flat TV, is suitable for your vacation in front of the TV. The bed with the canopy in the bedroom offers a feeling of romance, especially when illuminated with the available lights. At the end of the bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer and various hygiene equipment, there is a small balcony with chairs and a table, for a pleasant breakfast or a relaxing evening break with a glass of wine. The free use of the air conditioning and WLAN also ensures a pleasant vacation. We look forward to making your stay in P**a even more enjoyable. Therefore, we have compiled information about restaurants, bars, beaches, monuments and various interesting places to visit from our chic apartment. Boat trips, kayak trips, horse rides, flight with a small plane are just some of the possibilities that we can organize for you at your request. The municipal parking lot is located about 30 meters from the building, and we will be happy to show you the free parking nearby. We love pets very much, but as we are in the building with our neighbors and don't want to bother them, unfortunately we cannot accommodate them.

Der Blick aus dem großen Apartment mit 80m2 Wohnfläche, auf der zweiten Etage, zeigt auf der einen Seite den Hauptplatz P**as, das sogenannte Forum, der von den schönen Sonnenschirmen der Cafés geschmückt ist, und auf der anderen Seite den Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage der Unterkunft ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Stadtdenkmäler zu Fuß zu besichtigen, wie zum Beispiel den August-Tempel, das goldene und das Zwillingtor, die imposante Festung, Kaštel genannt, die unterirdischen Tunnel, Zero Straße genannt und natürlich das weltweit bekannte Amphitheater.
Nach einem Spaziergang durch die Altstadt kommen Sie in der geräumigen Wohnung direkt in die Komfortzone, mit einer Schaukel zum Ausruhen, oder in die geräumige Küche, in der Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen und ein Essen oder ein leckeres Getränk zubereiten können. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Fenstern Richtung der Altstadt ist den ganzen Tag mit Sonnenlicht durchflutet. Eine bequeme Couch vor einem Flat TV, ist für Ihren Urlaub vor dem Fernseher geeignet. Das Bett mit dem Baldachin im Schlafzimmer bietet ein Gefühl der Romantik, besonders, wenn man es mit den vorhandenen Lichtern beleuchtet. Am Ende des Badezimmers mit Dusche, Handtüchern, Fön und verschiedenen Hygiene-Ausstattungen, ist ein kleiner Balkon mit Stühlen und einem Tisch, für ein angenehmes Frühstück oder eine entspannte Abendpause mit einem Glas Wein. Die kostenlose Nutzung der Klimaanlage und des WLANs ermöglicht Ihnen zusätzlich einen angenehmen Urlaub. Wir freuen uns, Ihnen den Aufenthalt in P**a verschönern können. Deshalb haben wir für Sie Informationen über Restaurants, Bars, Strände, Denkmäler und verschiedene interessante Orte zusammengestellt, die von unserer schicken Wohnung aus besuchen können. Bootsfahrten, Kajakfahrten, Pferdefahrten, Flug mit einem kleinen Flugzeug sind nur einige der Möglichkeiten, die wir auf Ihren Wunsch, für Sie, organisieren können. Der städtische Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 30 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt, und wir werden Ihnen gerne die kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zeigen. Wir lieben Haustiere sehr, aber da wir mit unseren Nachbarn im Gebäude sind und sie nicht belästigen wollen, können wir diese leider nicht aufnehmen.

Pogled iz velikog apartmana (80m2) sa drugog kata, s jedne strane je okrenut prema glavnom trgu P**e - Forumu, koji je slikovito ukrašen suncobranima kafića, a s druge se strane prostire pogled na plavetnilo mora.
Položaj smještaja omogućava vam obilazak gradskih monumenata šetnjom (Augustov hram, Zlatna vrata, Dvojna vrata, Kaštel, Zerro Strasse, Amfiteatar…), a za odlazak na plažu autom ili autobusom, trebati će vam samo nekoliko minuta.
Nakon šetnje, dugački hodnik apartmana vodi vas ravno u comfort zonu sa ljuljačkom za odmor ili u prostranu kuhinju u kojoj ćete se osjećati kao kod svoje kuće, pripremajući obrok ili ukusnu kavu.
Veliki dnevni boravak sa dva prozora cijeli je dan pun sunčane svjetlosti, a udoban kauč prilagođen odmoru ispred televizije.
Krevet sa baldahinom u spavaćoj sobi pruža osjećaj romantike, pogotovo ako mu upalite i lampice.
Na kraju kupatila sa tušem, ručnicima, fenom za kosu i raznim higijenskim dodacima, nalazi se mali balkon sa stolicama i stolom, za ugodan doručak ili večernje opuštanje uz čašu vina. Besplatno korištenje klima uređaja i Wi-Fi-a, dodatno vam omogućava udoban odmor.
Raduje nas što vam možemo uljepšati i olakšati boravak u Puli, pa smo vam pripremili informacije o restoranima, barovima, plažama, monumentima i raznim interesantnim mjestima koje možete ovdje posjetiti. Izleti brodom, vožnja kajakom, jahanje konja, let malim avionom, samo su neke od mogućnosti koje vam po želji možemo organizirati.
Gradski parking nalazi se tridesetak metara blizu zgrade apartmana, a rado ćemo vas uputiti i na besplatni parking u blizini.
Kućne ljubimce jako volimo, ali s obzirom da se nalazimo u zgradi sa susjedima i ne želimo ih uznemiravati, nažalost ne možemo primiti.
