Every hotel has guests but some visits become memories.
We were honoured to welcome Mr. Ben Fogle to Monumenti Heritage Hotel & Resort.
A great storyteller, adventurer and explorer of remarkable places around the world, this visit was a special moment for our team.
During his stay, we also had the pleasure of presenting interpretation of Istrian cuisine at our .monsapori. One of the dishes served was Chef Patrick's creation featuring Adriatic sea bream, spinach farce, hazelnut crumble, asparagus and carrot cream, brought together with a delicate beurre blanc sauce.

Svaki hotel ima goste, a neki posjeti postanu posebne uspomene.
Bila nam je čast ugostiti gospodina Ben Fogle u Monumenti Heritage Hotel & Resortu.
Pripovjedač, pustolov i istraživač iznimnih mjesta diljem svijeta, svojim posjetom obilježio je jedan poseban trenutak za naš tim.
Tijekom njegovog boravka imali smo zadovoljstvo predstaviti i interpretaciju istarske kuhinje u našem .monsapori. Jedno od posluženih jela bila je kreacija chefa Patricka koja spaja jadransku oradu, farsu od špinata, crumble od lješnjaka, šparoge i kremu od mrkve, zaokružene nježnim beurre blanc umakom.
