Season is officially in full swing, thanks to Goga Gordana Blakšić and Damir (our mysterious great leader 😂) who fixed up the place for opening like every year.
This summer you'll most likely see Hans, the best host on the planet as voted by everyone who ever met him, and Goga, our fearless organizer, there.
Alma might drop in from time to time but she is expecting a new family member so priorities will kick in 😁

In any case, our normal lines of communication are open, please be kind if you have some sort of a problem and give us a chance to fix it with a smile 😊

And if you're happy with your experience let everyone know by leaving us a review 😁 Hans can help you there with pointers and how-to's.

Last week we wrapped up this year's season 🥳
After a lot of uncertainty and crazy things happening in the world - we are extremely grateful to our wonderful guests 🥰 who showed us trust and brought happiness to our little team.
This has made this season the absolutely most sought after for a date and a free slot so far, even with crazy rising costs and challenges of this year.

Since it's been a while since we've been really active on social, and our new website is finally soon to launch (apologies but guest priorities came first 😁), here's some photos to show who actually stands behind/around Adrialuka in the recent years.

We're a small family business, with a lot of influence coming from loved friends and acquaintances you might also run into when you visit 😊

If you check our reviews, Hans and Alma have a stellar record and everyone absolutely loves them!
Where in the background Goga Gordana Blakšić and Dado (Damir) are mostly involved in preparation of the season and trying to make the most of the furnishing and guest experience magic 🪄
Thea handles most of the backend reservation details.

Hey all!

We've officially closed down for this summer season.
Contrary to the godawful mess that hit travel in general, we've actually had a pretty nice summer!
According to our guests, the remote location and no crowds finally worked to our favour, for once :D

So we'd like to offer many thanks everyone that decided to visit, that bore through the pains at borders, the uncertainty of quarantines and the chaos of Croatian controls around it.
You guys are the real champs!

We're happy to announce that we've had no Covid scares at the apartments, but of course we couldn't know that in advance and tried to do everything possible for hygiene and safety of our guests. Just like we announced at the beginning of the season.
This is something that will of course be maintained for the next summer as well, no doubt.

For next season, we can't of course know how the situation will develop, however we plan to open up again officially around 1st of June 2021.
Depending on interest we may open even sooner, so if you'd like to visit before that shoot us an email at [email protected]!

We are open to discussing longer term stays over winter, even extending to summer if you'd like. However this is only valid before we open up for standard bookings, so let's say until the end of the year by experience is when bookings pick up.
Once standard short-term bookings are on the move it is of course not possible to fragment long term stays!

We are also reworking our digital presence completely, and will be putting more and more benefits to direct bookings instead of agencies like booking com - who charge a massive commission from all of us.

Our direct channel is in the works, but in any case, even if you ping us on email and just tell us when you'd like to visit, know that the prices will be always LOWER than what you see on agencies.
Precisely for the above reason.
We would rather split the difference with you, our guests.

✨✨Summer of Covid update ✨✨
We are open and working this summer as usual!
From 15.6.2020 because that made sense bookings-wise.

If you have a booking with us, all is fine, your cancellation policy is as usual. We see in our systems that no cancellations are happening, people are waiting for the situation to normalize as much as possible and people still want to visit.

Of course all efforts will be made to sanitise our spaces, but if you've been a guest before you know we were kind of fanatics for disinfection without having to be told so.

We are remote, there are no crowds, no bars, basically social distancing is kinda the default state. More than enough space on the beach in front of the house.

One word of warning. We've raised our prices on booking sites recently. If you cancel and want to rebook the price will be higher. We are making sure that people who come to Luka are sure they want to come, that we can afford the cleaning and disinfection procedures, and that there is no crowding.
Also no more playing with ripoff online agencies.
If you want to book at the lower rate contact us directly. If you've booked before April then you have the lower rates already.

If your government or your job requires special paperwork, know that we are operating as a COMPANY so not a sole renter non-business thing common in Croatia. We are a real company with a VAT registration and can provide proof of your stay equal to any hotel.

So, all of us can't wait to g**o of the cities, the team here included. See you in the sun and the salty breeze!
