The 25th edition of Rab’s beloved medieval summer festival has come to an end, leaving behind a few unforgettable days in Rab Old Town.

From the streets and the waterfront to the crossbowmen, music, costumes, fireworks and the final celebration, the island once again showed why this tradition has such a special place in Rab’s summer.

A new, easier way to reach Rab Old Town.

Dundovo d.o.o., Rab’s local municipal utility company, has launched a pilot project with a free electric shuttle connecting the Brdo parking area, behind Hotel Imperial, with Vela riva and back.

The Brdo parking area is also where Hotel International Rab guests park their cars, making this new service especially convenient for arrivals, departures and evening visits to the old town.

The shuttle runs daily from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00, helping residents and visitors reach the centre without additional traffic or parking stress.

A welcome step towards simpler, more comfortable and more sustainable mobility in Rab.

Rab Old Town comes alive during Rabska fjera.

From July 25 to 27, the streets, the waterfront, the music, the costumes and the evening lights bring a special kind of summer atmosphere to the island.

Important notice for our guests during Rabska fjera.

From July 25 to 27, special traffic regulation will be in place in Rab Old Town due to the expected number of visitors during Rabska fjera.

Traffic will be closed on the road section from the “Slavija” parking area to “Nova riva” at the following times:
July 25: 18:00–01:00
July 26: 18:00–01:00
July 27: 15:00–03:00

During the festival period, the catamaran on the Novalja–Rab–Rijeka line will dock at Pumpurela pier instead of the usual city waterfront location.

Guests arriving to or moving around the old town are kindly advised to plan extra time and follow local traffic instructions.

Sea transport options, including RabLine and taxi boat services, will also be available as a convenient way to reach the town centre.
