Hello! I offer two two-level apartments (first and second floor), 4 + 2, Rogoznica, near Šibenik, distance to the store: 100 m; distance to the beach: 600 m, parking (for 4 cars), Wi-Fi, sea-view.
Every apartment of 90 m2 has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (with oven and coffee machine), 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, TV with satellite channels, baby crib, electric grill, 3 air-conditions (one at the first floor and one in each bedroom), washing machine, iron, safe deposit box, board games. There are 6 bikes at your disposal and grill in the yard.
House is located in quiet surroundings. If you rent both apartments, you will be alone in the house, as owners don't live there.
In the circle of 500 m there are a few restaurants, groceries' stores, bakeries, cafe bars, tourist agencies, butchery, money exchange, rent a boat, rent a jet-ski, rent a scooter. So, you don't need a car.

Every apartment of 90 m2 has 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (with oven and coffee machine), 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, TV with satellite channels, baby crib, electric grill, 3 air-conditions (one at the first floor and one in each bedroom), washing machine, iron, safe deposit box, board games. There are 6 bikes at your disposal and grill in the yard.
House is located in quiet surroundings. If you rent both apartments, you will be alone in the house, as owners don't live there.
In the circle of 500 m there are a few restaurants, groceries' stores, bakeries, cafe bars, tourist agencies, butchery, money exchange, rent a boat, rent a jet-ski, rent a scooter. So, you don't need a car.

A comfortable and modern family apartment located in a small town Rogoznica in a quiet street.

The apartment has 90 square meters and it has recently been furnished so you will be one of the first ones to have the opportunity to stay there. It is a family apartment with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and two balconies. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms. There are 3 air-conditions: one on the first floor and one in each bedroom. There are balconies on the first (with table and chairs) and on the second floor. The view from the top is astonishing.
The oven is small, size similar to microwave.
We use solar energy for the hot water.
A baby crib and electric grill are available on demand. There will be shared grill in the yard available from spring.
There are 6 bicycles (for adults and children) at your disposal, free of charge.
For longer stays: You don't need to wash towels nor bed-linens, that is provided for all your stay.
Welcome drink, fruit and biscuits for every guest.

In the circle of 500 m there are a few restaurants, groceries' stores, bakeries, cafe bars, tourist agencies, butchery, money exchange, rent a boat, rent a bike, rent a jet-ski, rent a scooter.
