Our comfortable, well equipped, air conditioned holiday house with great view, for relaxing and peaceful vacation, is situated in the small, pretty bay Lozica, just a few steps to the sea. Ideal for holidays in the natural landscape, far from the noise of civilization. Imagine it, you wake up, jump into a crystal clear, turquoise blue sea and than go to your balcony with a great view, enjoy breakf

ast, morning coffee with a book or just relax with smell of the sea and the sound of the waves. Or enjoy the spacious Mediterranean garden, full of trees, fragrant flowers, sounds of nature, birds, with a barbecue and old grill house. We offer three apartments, 30 meters from the beach:

One apartment with six beds, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The apartment has its own entrance so you do not need to have contact with other guests. It is very spacious and suitable for a large family, two smaller families or three friendly couples. The apartment also has its own barbecue and a place in the garden for eating and socializing. Two apartments with two beds (+ 2 auxiliary beds), fully equipped kitchen with a living room, bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor, door to door with another apartment 2+2. It is suitable for couples or families with one or two children who need a bed for adults. They are often rented out by friends who want to be close but also separated and want to use their own kitchen and their own space. The apartment has a beautiful view of our little bay of Lozica. At your disposal you have old grill house with a place in the garden for eating and socializing.

Beautiful view of Rogoznica 🤩

Rogoznica has everything. You can find there clear water🌊 at sea, tidy beaches or stones 🪨🏖 and also beach for dogs🐶, restaurants with delicious food 🐟🍔🥩, bars with perfect drinks🍹, cafés☕️, sladoled with huge ice-cream🍦, a port with spectecular ships 🛥 and last but not least, you will find fun and peace here. ☀️
