Our Menu is small this year. Why?
ON PURPOSE.
We would rather serve 15 dishes well
than 50 dishes poorly.
A lot of restaurants try to offer everything. We don’t.
Every day we buy a small amount of fresh fish, vegetables and quality meat.
Not because we have to. Because we want to.
A smaller menu allows us to focus on quality, freshness and consistency.
No shortcuts. No huge freezers. No endless list of dishes.
No starters, no pasta, no risottos.
Just a handful of grilled meals we genuinely enjoy preparing and serving.
FRESH INGREDIENTS. SIMPLE RECIPES. HONEST FOOD.
