This romantic and modern one bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of the old historical centre of the ancient city of Rovinj (the old town is rated #1 out of 41 things to do in Rovinj by Trip Advisor). The seafront lined with bars and restaurants with amazing sunset views, shops, bakeries, galleries and the famous church of St. Euphemia are just a few steps away. A w
alk through these historic colourful streets will take you to a distant past, so be sure to bring your camera. Apartment Ambient is very close to the sea. The closest beach (called Monte) is just 150 meters away, but the most beautiful is certainly the “Punta Corrente”, a park forest with a string of gorgeous beaches which you can reach on foot in about 20 minutes. Once there, you can walk among the trees by the sea for hours, swim, sunbathe, or rent a bike and explore the area that includes a bird reserve. The brand new upscale “Lone” beach with its luxurious sun loungers, cafe and champagne bar is also close, just a 15 minute walk away. The local farmers market with fresh local produce, fish market with daily fresh fish from local fishermen are also steps away, as well as the harbour, where you can take a boat trip to the numerous nearby islands. The apartment is located on a quite cobblestone street, offering complete peace and quiet with everything the town has to offer only moments away.

The apartment has been newly renovated to a very high standard and includes: fully tiled floor, large Jacuzzi style bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen (cook-top, fridge with ice box, microwave/grill, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), breakfast bar with stools, washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioner, laptop, flat screen TV, satellite TV with hundreds of premium channels, unlimited wireless internet (Wi-Fi), leather sofa, double glazed windows and black-out wood shutters. The apartment accommodates two people and is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
-Accessibility-
The apartment is on the first floor, which is up two staircases, therefore may not be suitable for small children or the infirm. The car free street /area is cobbled with an uneven surface and has a small incline up to the apartment.

-Parking-
Car parking is outside the old town zone, a 5 minute walk away. A luggage transport service by small electric vehicle is available from the town’s main parking lot to apartments in the old town.
-Getting here-
If you are flying to Pula airport, we can organise transportation to Rovinj at a discounted rate for our guests (charged separately). Our driver will also have a small electric vehicle waiting to take you and your luggage to the front door of the apartment, as the old town is not accessible by car. If you are arriving by ferry from Venice you will be within walking distance from the house.
