The Space
The 80m² apartment can accomodate from ONE to SIX GUESTS. It is on the second floor of the house in quiet residential area set 500 metres from the beach, and 400m from the historic core of Šibenik. The 2 separate BEDROOMS both have comfortable double beds (200 x 160 cm) and large closets to hang your clothes in. Bedclothes and blankets included. The KITCHEN is equipped with electric sto
ve, an oven, fridge&freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery and most cooking utensil you might need to cook your own meals (basic supplies included: cooking oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper). It also has a dining table for up to six people. The BATHROOM has a tub, sink, hair dryer and large mirror. Also basic toiletries are provided (soap, shampoo,toilet paper). Fresh and clean towels are included. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available so that you can take care of your own laundry on a longer stay. The apartment is equipped with TWO REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING units (first unit is in the kitchen and the second is in the living room, there are no AC in bedrooms) a 32"/82 cm flatscreen TV with local channels, and high-speed WIRELESS INTERNET access, which you can use free of charge. Furniture is mixture of vintage and contemporary. Every houseroom (2 bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet) has a own door that separates and provides privacy from the rest of the apartment. Sizes of each bedroom, living room and kitchen are nearly 4x4 m. Size of the toilet is 2x3 m. All windows have mosquito nets. The BALCONY can be accessed from the living room and from the kitchen. As it faces south-west, you'll have sun almost all day long, also you can admire the memorable sunset over the Sibenik bay. It has a view directly at Banj beach, the St. Mihovil fortification and the surrounding islands. Orientation of apartment is East - West; 2 large bedrooms facing east; living room, kitchen and balcony are westwards facing the bay. The house can be accessed from both sides and therefore from two different roads. One of them is the main city street Kralja Zvonimira. Guest Access
The apartment has it's own entrance, guests can use it with total privacy. Interaction with Guests
We will be more than happy to provide you with any information which makes your stay as comfortable and exciting as possible. If you need any recommendation for places to visit, shops, restaurants or anything else we will be pleased to help you. We live on the 3rd floor and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, therefore the guests would only take some stairs to talk to us. City maps and brochures are provided for you in the apartment. The Neighborhood
It's typical mediterranean neighborhood that consists mostly of private family houses. The thing that we love most about this neighborhood is the convenience, although it is in a quieter area, you are just a short walk from the historic town center and its vivid Riva Promenade lined with bars and restaurants, likevise the pebble Banj beach which is thanks to the high quality and purity of the sea water awarded with the Blue flag. There are small cafes, shops, restaurants and authentic taverns in the old cobbled streets, offering variety of meat and fish specialities. If you're not in the mood for cooking, there's plenty of neat restaurants around for every taste and budget. For those of you looking for party's there is night bar at the Banj beach. If you want something more natural, visit the National Park Krka river with waterfalls, and National Park Kornati islands archipelago. During summer season excursions by boat are available daily. Getting Around
Everything is within walking distance of the apartment. There are grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bus stop, various bicycle hire services and the harbour with boats to islands in front of the Sibenik coast. You can walk to the old town (400 metres) or the Banj beach (500 metres)

The tourist tax is included in the price and there are no additional hidden costs. Kitchen, toilet and one bedroom are included up to 2 guests. For 3 and 4 guests in addition second room is included. For 5 and 6 guests whole apartment is included in price. The apartment does not have reserved private parking spaces, but there are free of charge parking spaces on the streets by the house. So far all our guests managed to park just close to property, the thing we have access to 2 different streets is helpful. There are small but free public parking area at the main street close by. We don't have beach towels or any other beach equipment.
