At AI Hostel, we believe tourism is something you experience, not something you memorize.

Over the past few days, tourism students had task asigned by me, to explore Split through real conversations with locals, hidden stories, culture, and everyday life in the city.

Instead of searching for answers online, they had to step outside, speak to people, ask questions, and truly connect with the destination.

Because no book, screen, or AI can replace the feeling of hearing stories directly from the people who live them. That is how history, culture, and tradition stay with us the longest.

At the same time, we all have to adapt to the world we live in, both older and younger generations. Their world is digital, so besides human interaction, they were also challenged to create a video that captures the spirit of the city in a creative and engaging way.

And honestly…..I’m proud of my students.❤️
They managed to combine real connection with the digital world they belong to.

That has always been the philosophy behind AI Hostel as well:

not just giving people a place to sleep, but helping them truly experience the city, the people, and the culture around them.

How to travel to AI Hostel? 💙

When you arrive to the Split Airport, you have multiple options on how to find yourself way to the city!

You can take the local bus 37 (we recommend to download the app, that way you can buy the tickets ahead and find the right lines, it’s also cheaper). Ps, bus 2 also goes to the Airport, just not as often.

You can also take the Airport Shuttle right from the Airport doors, or skip all of the stress and pre-book a transfer from us.
