🌟 Located in a quiet residential Washingtonova street in the very centre of Split, this unique house consists of 3 individually designed studio apartments.

Everything has been created with great care, love, and a strong sense of aesthetics – each space has its own character and artistic signature. 🌈👩🏼‍🎤

🌿🍊 On the ground floor, there is a hidden green oasis – a shaded garden with grapevines, orange trees and jasmine.
There is also an additional toilet, a washing machine, and a utility/storage room.

🌞 On the 2nd floor, there is a large sunny rooftop terrace with an open-air kitchen, lounge and dining area – perfect for socialising, co-working and relaxing (the kitchen includes a sink, fridge, gas hob and a large dishwasher).

🛏️ All three apartments are located on the 1st floor and are accessed via a covered loggia.

🚪 The house has its own private entrance directly from a quiet cul-de-sac into a private courtyard.
🚗 Free parking is almost always available directly in front of the entrance.

🎨 APARTMENTS
Each apartment includes:
• air conditioning
• underfloor heating throughout
• en-suite bathroom

The small and medium studios have walk-in showers and compact kitchenettes with a sink, fridge and kettle (no built-in hob or oven).
A portable induction hob, blender, microwave, and electric grill are available for use in the shared storage on the ground floor or on the rooftop terrace.

The large apartment features a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, but all units have access to a large shared covered west-facing balcony – a perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening chat before bed.

💛 SMALL – “Pop-Art”
The smallest, yet fully functional and very charming. Bright, modern, with a king-size bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal for one person or a couple.

💙 MEDIUM – “Banksy”
Atmospheric, with a mix of industrial and vintage style. Queen-size bed, unique lighting, a large walk-in shower connected to the room, separate kitchenette and toilet – a space with strong character.

💚 LARGE – “SplitGraphics”
The largest unit, warm and full of light. Includes a small south-facing balcony, TV, sofa and dining table, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The most comfortable option.
Features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, sink, fridge and dishwasher.

🗝️ RENTAL OPTIONS
☀️ During summer, the house is rented as one unit (all three studios to one group) for short-term tourist stays.
🌦️ Outside the summer season, the apartments are available for monthly rent:
• individually
• in combination (2 apartments)
• or as the entire house

💡💦 Electricity and water are paid separately based on consumption.
🌐♻️ Internet and waste disposal are included in the rent.
🪣🧺 Cleaning fee is paid per stay and it includes one full cleaning per month and two sets of fresh bed linen and towels.
🐶🐱 Pets are allowed with a deposit + fee per stay

👉 For individual rentals:
shared use of the laundry area, household and kitchen appliances in storage, the garden (ground floor), and the rooftop terrace (2nd floor).

Krovna terasa nase kuce na Manusu u novom ruhu... 🤩🌈🦄
Jos se neka poboljsanja i uredjenja oko ljetne kuhinje na terasi i baste u prizemlju upravo rade, a sve to, osim za turiste, moze biti na raspolaganju za najam i bilo kome od nasih prijatelja (poznatih i nepoznatih 😉) za razne proslave, druzenja i sl.

Here’s the Airbnb link to our beautiful house, that we usually rent to tourists during the summer.
However, its charm and boutique style, combined with fresh oranges from the garden and a roof terrace bathed in the winter sun, would be more fulfilling, enjoyed for a longer period by those wonderful people who will recognize its uniqueness and beauty.
The house is in a great location, the city centre Manuš neighbourhood, and consists of three separate studio apartments, next to each other on the 1st floor, then a large roof terrace with an open-air fully fitted kitchen on the 2nd floor and a green garden with utility room on the ground floor.

All can be rented as a whole or separately; one or two studios in any combination.

We have held successful day-time events, such as a spring flea market (our biggest and the longest event, it was more like a little spring festival), wedding anniversaries with live music, graduation parties with catering, children's birthdays with cold-pressed juices and healthy sweets&snacks and of course, adult birthday celebrations with BBQs and even live DJ acts!”

Basta spremna za vecernje druzenje i jednu proslavu godisnjice braka uz prekrasni vokal i pratnju na klavijaturama... a po danu lijepi ljudi, lijepa djeca uzivaju u posjeti, i jedna kuma kupila dite na rate, strpala u kesu i odose...
