The year is 1950 and the serious political conflict of two communist leader, Josip Broz Tito and Joseph Stalin, was at its peak.

In utmost secrecy Tito decides to launch the project of construction of the underground city. Faced with serious threats of air attacks, Tito is thinking hard where he could make a shelter, an underground headquarters where he would be safe from everything, including the atomic attacks. In side Paklenica of course!
