Villa Mutnik is located 1 km from the center of Supetar on Brač, in a beautiful bay on the ranch of 2,000 m2 with olive groves and vineyards, organically grown fruits and vegetables for guests, Mediterranean vegetation and plants. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house located by the sea near the roads along the coast and through the pine woods, olive roads, walkways and trails for recreation. It provides peace and quiet; you can even hear the waves, birds and crickets from the pine forests. All the rooms are on the same floor. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room and a terrace of 50 m2. In the garden there is a whirlpool bath of 4.5 m2, a small playground, a swing and sun decks.
