Villa Katita was built more than 100 years ago and we made sure it is compatible for modern vacation by enhancing its existing historical values with modern lifestyle necessities. It is located in historical core of a small island town Supetar. Its location allows you to have a peaceful vacation, but also offers a wide variety of content near the villa itself. ght need (including rent-a-car and rent-a-boat services) inside 200 meter radius circle. Only 10 meters away from the villa is a restaurant, 30 meters away, on the ”riva”, you can find a groceries store and a bank and a beach 100 meters away. What we consider a very big advantage of this old stone house is large terrace (approximately 90 m2) with beautiful view over the town and the sea landscape in the distance, which is partly (30m2 ) protected from the sun, in the shadow you can rest on lounge corner and if you like sun, you can enjoy on wooden deckchairs and occasionally refresh yourself by taking a shower or having a drink from the minibar. House has the area of 210 m2 including the two terraces, and 90 m2 area of closed area. House can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2) in three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, living room (equipped with Wi-Fi connection, smart TV, Bluetooth loudspeaker compatible with every tablet and smartphone), separate toilet, kitchen and dining room.
