Mljeveni orasi, lješnjaci, bademi –

Cimet u prahu
Tajni sastojak…svi pravi Hedonaši ga znaju

Postupak: u posudu ulijte vrhnje i mlijeko,
lagano promiješajte, pa zagrijte do vrenja.
Sklonite s vatre i ubacite čokoladu natrganu
na kockice. Na laganoj vatri uz miješanje,
topite kockice do fine kremaste smjese
jednolične boje. Nalijte u pripremljene šalice,
pospite orasima i cimetom i … uživajte prijatelji

Dino park - jurassic&fun park buit in a forest, partly on an old quarry, in Funtana only 5 minutes from Poreč and 55km (cca 1 hour drive) from Palazzina Burjaki.
Very interesting park for kids of all age opened from April till end of September. If your child loves dinosaurs youl'll probably stay there the whole day, if you came to enjoy in fun park cca 3-4 hours will be enough.
Jurassic park offers you walk through different geological periods with more than 80 real-size dinosaurs around you. There is an educational board next to each dinosaur and you can turn on some dinosaurs so they will move and make noise. You can also ride a dinosaur..
In fun park you have various adrenalin rides - dragon coaster, pirate ship, twister,.. as well as rides for youngest ones - mini train, stone station rides, trampolines.. There is no time limit, neither number of rides is limited. You can also tray archery or monster paint ball hunting. All rides are included in ticket price except paint ball.
Arena show includes interactive live shows. After a show our kids had their first close experience whit a snake. Outside children can ride a pony or feed and cuddle goats.
When you get hungry you can take a break and have grill or pizza. On their page says there is also a salad bar, but we didn't notice it.
In Dino park Funtana you'll get fun for whole family - small ones as well as grown up ones. We had great experience - a fact that we went there twice this year says everything.. :)

Experience the amazing combination of natural beauty and priceless cultural heritage on eleven tourist trails and paths in Labin area, 12km (cca 15 min drive) from Palazzina Burjaki.

This time we passed the Sentona's trail Labin-Rabac which leads you from the medieval Labin to the beautiful coastline of Rabac (or reverse :) ). Sentona - the patroness of travelers is an ancient goddess of the Liburnians, nation of skilled sailors who lived in the east of Istria at the end of the Iron Age. Path length: 2.4 km (altitude: 236 m), walking time: cca 1 hour downhill, 2 hours uphill. More experienced mountain bikers can cross the trail by bike. Suggestion: walk down, relax in untouched nature, refresh yourself in the sea, take a lunch in one of the restaurants on the promenade and go back. If this wasn't enough activity for you - take an old Labin tour. Suggestions in one of the following posts .. :)

Poreč - town of culture, tourism, sport and entertainment located on the western coast of Istria, 50 km (cca 1 hour drive) from Palazzina Burjaki.
Euphrasian Basilica is one of the best preserved early Christian structures and belongs to the most significant historical monuments in the world, which is why in 1997 it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The greatest treasure are the magnificent mosaics. It is possible to climb up the bell tower and view Poreč and its surroundings - view you don’t want to miss..

Fascinating castle built solely of wood in Rapanji, Savičenta, 25km (cca half an hour drive) from Palazzina Burjaki. The whole family will enjoy here and have an unforgettable time!
Once you come you can let your kids to run, ride a pony, see and feed donkey, goats, sheep and chickens, ride in a carriage, shoot with a bow and arrow, search for a way out from the labyrinth, play in a wooden house on a tree, ride on an old version of a carousel,.. They will be delighted. :)
During summer you can even book a table for a medieval dinner. All dishes and drinks are served in handmade native clay pottery to get a full medieval experience. Had a great afternoon!

Kamenjak, protected nature of southern Istria, 50km (cca 1 hour drive) from Palazzina Burjaki where you can enjoy untouched landscape. An area ideal for an activity holiday.
This time we took a walk along the educational dinosaur path.
The total lenght of the track is cca 600m and includes models of dinosaurs in actual size. Along the path there are panels that describe the curiousities of Kamenjak in Croatian, Italian, English and German. The path ends when it reaches the seashore at Cape Grakalovac where, on the flat rock you can find a real tracks of dinosaurs that once roamed this area.
Best time to visit is spring or autumn when it's not so hot.
