Apartments are located on the first floor in family house.The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance).This apartment for (2+1)persons is 45 m2 big and it has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed and a balcony wit sea view of 8m2,sat tv, bathroom with shower, bidet and window,( iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels), a well equipped kitchen with sitting area and with electric cooker (2 cooking plates),filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, air conditioning, washing machine. Balcony lays at north-west side of house and it has beautiful sea view.The whole property has free Wi-Fi connection for guests.
The holiday apartment is surrounded by 1200 sqm large, enclosed garden property with trees, flowers and bushes. Common terrace,parasol, garden furniture, garden shower and barbecue possibilities at disposal to all house guests .Peacefull and quiet environment.. House with its own parking space. The apartment is situated in a calm zone only 150m far away from the center of the city and only 60m away from the beach.
Small pets are allowed on request.Boat mooring upon guest’s request 60m of apartments.
Apartment is perfect for seniors, small families or couples because it's located in a very calm neighborhood. During the evening you can enjoy on private balcony or on shared terrace with beautiful sea view on bay. It's a a great place to get away from the hustle of the big city.

During booking period - whole July and August - bookings of minimum stay of 7 nights will be prefered (requests for shorter stays during this period may be rejected because of high demand during this period).
