Apartman je smješten su u uvali Luka, na otoku Viru. Kuća je smještena u masliniku veličine 3500m2.

Veličina apartmana je 65 m2, s dvije dvokrevetne sobe, kuhinjom sa dnevnim boravkom i kupaonicom. Kuhinja je opremljena svim aparatima i priborom (mikrovalna pećnica, kuhalo za vodu, toster, aparat za kavu...). Na svakoj prostoriji su terase. Opremljen je satelitskom televizijom i klimom. Ima i za spojiti se na wifi. Od mora je udaljen do 10 min pješice s plažom pogodnom za djecu i neplivače. Od c

The kitchen is equiped with all necesary equipment (microwave, coffee machine, toaster...). Every room has a terrace and there is a satelite televison, wifi and air conditioner. It is located cca 7 min walk from the seaside, with a beach which is also good for children and non-swimmers. Every apartment also has 2 parking areas.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bay Luka, die schöne Insel.
Das Haus liegt neben eines Olivengarten von 3500 m2 größe.
Die Wohnung ist Größe 65 m2 mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Utensilien ausgestattet.
Jede Zimmer hat eine Terrasse. Es ist mit Satelliten-TV ausgestattet, WiFi und Klimaanlage.
Das Haus ist 150 Meter von Strand entfernt , geeignet für Kinder und Nichtschwimmer.
Jede Wohnung verfügt über zwei Parkplätze.
Mögliche Zustellbett für ein Kind. (10 €) hat Unterkünfte Haustiere erlaubt (5 €).

Apartamenty położone są nad zatoką Luka, na wyspie Vir. Dom otoczony jest mierzącym 3500 m2 ogrodem z drzewkami oliwnymi. Wielkość apartamentu to 65 m2; znajdują się w nim: dwa pokoje z dwuosobowymi łóżkami, kuchnia, salon i łazienka. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia (mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, toster, itp.). Oba pokoje jak również i kuchnia posiadają taras. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest w telewizję satelitarną, WiFi i klimatyzację. Morze oddalone jest o około 5 minut drogi spacerem (ok. 500m). Szeroka plaża z długim, płytkim nabrzeżem jest doskonała dla rodzin z dziećmi oraz osób niepotrafiących pływać. Oba apartamenty posiadają również po dwa miejsca parkingowe.
