Dear Guest!
Unfortunately, also this year many scammers try to extort money by offering properties they don't own or impersonating legitimate landlords. 😕 They often contact potential clients using Facebook accounts or instant messaging apps that are strikingly similar to the real ones.
That's why in this post I'm reminding you how I contact guests and finalize reservations - please take a moment to read the information below and don't be fooled ❗️

❎I do not advertise my apartment or sell through any booking platforms that charge a commission from guests (such as booking.com or airbnb)!
✅I use messaging platforms like Messenger and WhatsApp to communicate with guests, arrange details, and notify them of availability.
❎I never finalize reservations via Messenger!
❎I never send deposit requests or payment details via Messenger!
✅You can only make a reservation at City Siesta Apartment Zadar via email – you will receive a detailed summary of the reservation arrangements from me, along with the accommodation terms and conditions, price, payment terms, and full payment details. Only after receiving this email you make the final decision and pay the deposit.
❎I never accept a reservation without sending the guest a summary of the reservation arrangements via email.
✅You always make the advance payment to my Croatian account or, if applicable, to my Revolut account!
❎I will never ask you to make an advance payment to any other bank account or someone else's account!
✅My email correspondence with guests (including sending offers, payment details, and booking confirmations) takes place ONLY from the apartment's official email address 📩[email protected] 📩!
❎I never communicate regarding reservations and payments from another email address!
✅My phone and WhatsApp communication with guests takes place ONLY from the phone number +385 988 725 33.
❎I never communicate regarding reservations and payments from another phone number!
✅Reservations and payments for the City Siesta Zadar apartment are handled solely by me.
❎No other person or company is authorized to mediate in making reservations or collect any payments on my behalf!
