Our cosy apartment is located in touristic area Borik, across the pebbly beach Uskok,100 m from the hotel's sandy beach and 300 m from the stone beach Puntamika. The beach Uskok is adapted to the special needs of the disabled. It is just 25 min walk along sea promenade to the historic city center or 10 minutes by the car. Within 100 m are restaurants, bars, market, grocery, bank, playground... Zadar Airport is 12 km away and the airport shuttle service can be arranged at a surcharge by the property.
Our new renovated apartment of 80 mq is on the ground floor of the house, with large terrace ( 40 m q) and garden, barbecue and baking bell, all is for single use, furnished for daily relaxing. It consists of: two bedrooms; one with king-size bed and own small bathroom , second smaller with king size bed too, spacious living room with dining area, kitchen is 20mq,, another bigger bathroom and hall. Pull out sofa in living room is bed for two. Air -conditioned living room with dining area is created home-like feeling, with smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen comprises a stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge . Another bigger bathroom comes with walk in shower, toilet, bide, washing machine, free toiletries, hair dryer.
Whole ground floor with garden and terrace is FOR PERSONAL USE.
Capacity is for up to 6 persons. For group of 8 persons is possible combine one studio for two persons.
Free private parking is possible on site, free Wifi
