Villa Lipa is a traditional, stone, mediterranean house, built around a hundred years ago. The house is located in Privlaka, at the center of the Privlaka peninsula, on a plot of 1600 m2 surrounded by family vineyards and olive groves and fig trees. The love for tradition, stone and autochthonous values of our region, have led the owners to restoring the house; the restoration has started in 2014.

Every detail has been selected with care so this beauty from the 20th century has been restored to it's original glow, while simultaneosly making it a modern ambient suitable for the family life of nowadays. A swimming pool of 32 square meter has been built between the olive trees; a real oasis that is loacted right in front of the spacious terrace of 60 square meter. In front of the house you can find the terrace while behind the house you can find the parking place for two cars and the spacious garden that overlooks one of the most beautiful old churches in Dalmatia – St. The furniture is hand crafted from century old Slavonian oak; the house is decorated with many original utility objects of our ancestors, used for working in the house, fields or on sea. The interior consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room, two bathrooms, three bedrooms. The house is completely furnished and equipped, air conditioned; it has an Internet connection wifi, deckchairs around the pool, sat TV, bed linen, towels. We are available for any further questions.
