“Drazen the host, was first class, courteous, polite, knowledgeable about the city. We can't wait to come back and visit, and stay at 3Hearts! Drazen went the extra miles for us, we travelled with two small children and his help really went above and beyond the service we expected. And the apartment was so clean and modern, the personal touches made it feel like home. Excellent amenities, internet, T.V. etc. Location was a block away from the main street, two tram stops from Ban Jelacic square. Close to bars, cafes, museums, grocery store, everything you need is near. We are so grateful to Drazen for making our vacation less stressful and so enjoyable...see you next year!”
