A COFFEE MAGNATE'S MANSION THAT IS REMARKABLY ORIGINAL. TRAVELERS KNOW JACMEL TO BE UNLIKE ANY OTHER TOWN IN HAITI, AND HAITI TO BE THE MOST INTERESTING COUNTRY IN THE CARIBBEAN - AND ONE OF THE SAFEST. IT HAS THE ONLY 24 BAR AND RESTAURANT IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

The Florita is one block from the town beach.
