Hotel Cacique Guanagi — Upcoming 2030 Project
Hotel Cacique Guanagi is envisioned as a distinctive Caribbean boutique hotel set to open in 2030, blending modern tropical comfort with the rich cultural heritage of Taíno and Haitian design. Conceived as a warm, open-air sanctuary, the project centers around a lush interior courtyard where architecture, nature, and community converge. The hotel’s he
art is a shaded veranda lounge overlooking a tranquil fountain courtyard framed by terracotta façades, carved arches, and wooden balconies. Natural materials—stone, stucco, timber, and woven rattan—create an atmosphere that is both authentic and refined, reflecting the identity of the Caribbean while offering contemporary hospitality standards. Guests will arrive through an inviting lobby into a breezy social space that flows seamlessly toward the café, courtyard seating, and guest wings. The design emphasizes openness, greenery, and human connection: palms and tropical gardens soften the architecture, while handcrafted furnishings and local motifs celebrate regional artistry. Planned as a three-level boutique property, Hotel Cacique Guanagi will feature thoughtfully designed guest rooms, a signature café-restaurant, and a private residential apartment, all organized around the central courtyard experience. The project aims to become a cultural landmark an elegant destination where travelers and locals gather to experience Caribbean hospitality rooted in heritage. Target opening: 2030
