A kétszintes ingatlanban az alsó szinten hat 41m2-es apartman 33m2-es teraszokkal, a felső szinten pedig tizenkét 21m2-es apartman található. Az apartmanok használatra felszereltek illetve hosszú távú bérlők kérésére igény szerint rendezzük be. Az összes apartmannak saját, modern fürdőszobája és konyhája van, amik szintén a teljesség igényével vannak berendezve, felszerelve. Az apartmanok geotermikus földhőenergiával hűthetők/fűthetők, ez által nem légbefújással, hanem a falakon keresztül történik a hűtés/fűtés. Az épület hűtés-fűtés renszere távvezérléssel irányítható illetve a víz és áram fogyasztás lakásonkként is mérhető. Vendégeink autóikkal zárt udvarban parkolhatnak. Gondozott kertünkben grillezésre, bográcsozásra alkalmas helyet alakítottunk ki. The property was built in 2010 and it is located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, directly on the waterfront. On the south shore of the lake the shallow waters allows comfortable swimming for families with small children, calm bathing for the elderly as well as the recreation and water games for the youngsters. The fishermen and the sailing fans have the opportunity to rent small boats and sailing boats on spot. The own and rented boats can be placed on water on our own slipway. On the ground floor of the two-story apartment house there are six 41m2 apartments, each with a 33m2 own terrace. These apartments have a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom. On the first floor there are twelve 21m2 apartments. These apartments have a hallway, bathroom and a bedroom. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped. For the long-term renters the furniture and equipments can be changed on demand to meet your own personal needs! The building is built with a geothermic system, so instead of the usual air circulation, the apartments are heated and cooled down through the walls using the temperature of the ground. This system can be remotely controlled and the water and electricity consumption can be measured by apartments. Our guests can park their cars in our parking lot. Besides enjoying a wonderful stay at our apartments, the Balaton Lake offers great possibilities. Some minutes away you can find the famous thermal bath of Hévíz, the wine-hill of Badacsony, the city Siófok, which offers the best nightlife for the youngsters and many other natural landmarks that will enrich your stay at this region.
