the room have a double bed, study desk, chair closet and a sofa bed (for guests and visitors in case you want to invite someone to sleep at your room)

if you want i also can provide bed sheets and linen :)

the flat consists of 2 levels,
over 130 square meters
the upper floor containing 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom. a small living/dining room and a bathroom
the bottom floor contains 2 larger bedrooms as well as another bathroom and a kitchen,

in total:there are 5 separate bedrooms
2 bathrooms (one in each floor)
one of the other bedrooms has only a single bed, and is smaller than the other rooms, and the other 4 rooms are big

its in the ground floor,
the flat stays very cool during hot summer days,
and is a great bonus for the warm days of the summer,

internet connection with WiFi

fully equipped kitchen, with everything you will need for your stay including washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toast maker, hair dryer, coffee machine & iron machine

room in a shared flat for rent,
the room is very bright and suuny apartment over looking the Rakoczi Square
in the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in Budapest,
Wireless internet connection WiFi is already connected,

the room have a double bed, study desk, a wardrobe of course and a pull out couch (to relax and if you have guests you can open it for a bed also) and the window have a view to the park and green metro

LOCATION:
the location is very nice just infront of Rakoczi Square the newly built Metro line 4
Blaha Lujza Square M2 is also just 1 tram stop away or 4-5 minutes walk.

there is also tram 4 and 6 just infront of the apartment which runs 24/7 day and night,
it will take you along the Budapest Boulevard.

just infront you'll find the Rakoczi Market as well, where you can buy your shopping and also fresh vegetables and meat

post office, several Banks and 24 hour grocery shop

the monthly price is: 265 euro if you stay 5 month

+ utilities, about 40 euro per room in average

This newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment , is furnished there is wireless internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes and oven, hob, mircowave, large fridge and washing machine.

The apartment is situated in the very heart of the city near Vörösmarty tér and one hundred metres from the Danube embankment. Despite its central location, the apartment is tucked away from the bustle of the city on the first floor (lift accessible) in the building's central courtyard.

The building is the Hungarian parliament and is surrounded by restaurants (such as the newly opened Hard Rock Cafe) and cafes on Vörösmarty tér and on the corner of the famous Vaci utca shopping street. The apartment is only two hundred metres from the Déak tér metro stop where all three metro lines meet providing speedy access to all parts of the city, both Buda and Pest.

the monthly price is:
if you stay 10 month: 400 euro
if you stay 5 month: 480 euro
if you stay 4 month: 600 euro

+ utilities, about 100 euro per month for the hole flat ( in summer and winter the same)
