After 18 incredible years, due to the 6th district anti Airbnb regulations, our hostel has had to (hopefully temporarily) close its doors — but the community it created is still very much alive.
Thousands of people passed through, slept in our bunks, cooked in our kitchen, enjoyed family dinner, strawpedoed, sang karaoke, performed at open mic, fell in love, made friends, got married, found themselves, and left a little piece of their story behind.
We’re creating a Birthday Book to celebrate everything this place means to all of us — a printed and digital collection of memories, photos, and messages from anyone who ever stayed here.
