We opened HOME-MADE HOSTEL with big enthusiasm in August 2006. The name reflects one of our main concepts: the hostel’s decor and furniture was smartly created, reused or redesigned by the owners. Using old, forgotten and second-hand objects from

authentic Budapest homes, with a different function in a new context, we made our hostel not only homey, friendly and cosy but also an enjoyable and unique place to stay. We are an independent and individual hostel. Any other hostel in Budapest with similar name, design or description is not affiliated with our hostel.
