Az utcáról belépve egy régi-tégla burkolatú faablakos mediterrán házba érünk, ahol a teraszra kilépve csodálatos kilátásban van részünk. A villa ablakain, ajtajain kitekintve bármelyik évszakban, napszakban nem tudunk elszakadni a látványtól. A 2000 m2-es kertbe lesétálva a sportolásra is alkalmas nagy füves terület mellett egy kis gyerekjátszóteret, ping-pong asztalt, tűzrakót és a földbe vájt bo

rospincét találjuk. A medencéből a kertbe kilépve egy fedett teraszon keresztül a nyugágyban fekve teljes strand élményben lehet részünk.
