However NovakStudio is located in the middle of busy downtown yet wonderfully peaceful,safe and relaxing and feels like a true home far from home. Size 32 sqm and was completely refurbished in May 2013, has a combined living area with an openaired kitchen and upstairs a sleeping area and a small sleeper . The apartment situates up to 4+1 guests: comfortable for a couple,faily,friends.. It has a small bathroom with a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC. Fully equipped open plan kitchenette,a dining table with 4 chairs,further 2 barchairs and armchairs serve guests comfort. Further apartment facilities
