Lakeside Design Apartment

The apartment has a direct access to lake Balaton with a magnifique view to the Lake and to Northern Region.

The own, private beach is so cozy!

The air-conditioned living room + 2 bedroom spacious apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a perfect stay. We have a mosquito net, Towels, Bed Linens, Coffee Maker, etc. are provided.
Electric shutters in all rooms.

The living room and the bigger bedroom are with air conditioning.
The TV in the living room is smart tv, automatically connected to Wi-Fi. It has YouTube, Netflix, etc. on it. You can sign in with your own account.
Small tv in the bedroom is not smart, but on both TV you can reach 14 cable and 4 radio channels.
Lever coffee maker: there is coffee in the drawer below.
We also ensure free Wi-Fi through hotspot.

Possibilities around the apartment:

The community beach - with full service - is 3 min (300m), a SPAR (opened all day between 7- 21:00h) and railway station is just around.

The historical streets of Keszthely, the thermal lake of Hévíz is just accessible in 10-20 minutes by car.
The living, busy south cities also easy to access on the highway. Máriafürdő is the closest busy city with big life. Balatonlelle and Siófok, the big party cities are also not far on the highway.
With a loop or a ferry, you can get to the picturesque Northern (wine) Region of Balaton.

About Design Seascape :
Entirely renovated, modern and fully equipped one bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of the building (press 2 on the elevator).
Air conditioned with a ceiling fan available and floor heating system available during winter season.
Towels and spare bed linens are available.
The TV in the living room is smart , automatically connected to Wi-Fi. You can sign to any of the streaming platforms with your own account information.
Some of our amenities : fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, high chair and foldable crib for your little one , etc.

Enjoy the seaview from all rooms!

Aguamarina , is the name of the complex where Design Seascape is located, the community is kind, friendly and multinational. It is a private building therefore trespassing is not allowed. The pool is on the main floor and you can see it from the apartment's terrace. No pre-booking is necessary for the use of the pool.

Out and about :
You can enjoy a wide variety of activities, here are some ideas for You:
A/ The Mediterranean sea, tranquility and sunshine. Design Seascape is walking distance to the beach, you can visit to Playa la Caleta (600m) or Playa Aguamarina (700m) or just 200m an intimate bay.
B/ Gastronomy: options are endless, Indian,Thai, Mexican, British, Italian, Greek, Peruvian, Dutch...you name it! Of course our big favourite is Spanish cuisine, you can visit el Patio Andaluz which offers a very affordable daily menu and Flamenco live shows every Tuesday,Thursday and Sunday (reservation is needed). There are also restaurants (and shops) close to the urbanization if you don't have car.
C/ Nature, explore the conservation parks, go for a hike,rent a bike,go on a boat trip to Tabarca island...options are endless! If you wish something less organized, go for a walk to "Ruta Costera de Cabo Roig" and enjoy a lovely walk by the cliffs.
D/ Bars,karaoke and live music available for you all along Calle del Mar and Calle Cielo.
E/ Shopping - Cabo Roig market operates every Thursday from 7:00am until 2:30pm and variety of shopping malls are available
F/ Sports such golf, tennis, paddle, swimming, running, cycling, yoga, go-kart, horse riding, quad are just a few of the options that you could enjoy while you are in the area.
