Incredible that we've got the building permit of our hostel after 4.5 months! Pointless Hungarian bureaucracy is still alive. :) Winter has arrived at Szentbékkálla, show us a new face of the village. We are going to open in summer of 2017! Merry Christmas, guys!

Hihetetlen, de 4,5 hónap várakozás után megkaptuk az építési engedélyt a hostelre! A magyar bürokráciának semmi értelme. :) Közben megérkezett a tél Szentbékkállára, a falu új arcát mutatja. 2017 nyarán nyitunk! Boldog Karácsonyt, srácok!

We learnt a new word in the last 3 months what we've never heard before: completion of documents. We love Hungary so much!

Can you imagine it will be a hostel? The ex-owner left 30 tons (6 full truck) of ordure in the garden and the stable. Dispatch cost 160 000 forints (550 euros). We are almost ready to open. :)

El tudod képzelni, hogy ebből hostel lesz? A volt tulaj 30 tonna (6 teherautónyi) trágyát hagyott az udavorn és az istállóban. A szállítás 160 000 forintba került. Majdnem nyitáskész a hely. :)

The only thing what you don't expect when you buy a new house is a big mound of cow s**t in the middle of the garden. Thanks for the ex-owner for the experience and smell! ;)

Az egyetlen dolog, amire nem vágysz, mikor új házat veszel, az egy nagy kupac tehénszar a kert közepén. Köszönet az élményért és a szagért a volt tulajnak! ;)
