The climate of the Ördögárok vineyard is strongly influenced by its topography. In the central part, where the vineyards are located on both sides of a long valley, the hill shades the growing plants in the morning and the forest on the other side in the afternoon. This creates a special microclimate that slows down the growth of the vines in the shade for longer periods of time, thus extending the ripening period. 🍇
