Ecosfera is unique with its vibrant atmosphere, high quality of comfort and traditional Balinese hospitality. Ecosfera Hotel offers an open-air Café, full service Spa and Yoga Space. Green Spot Cafe Green Spot Café offers a variety of breakfast options with 15+ dishes and great selection of fresh juices, smoothies and homemade lemonades. The main A la Carte menu is designed to combine international favorites, local specialties and healthy vegetarian options. Green Spot Café opening hours: 7:00 am - 10:30 pm. EcoSPA EcoSpa features a variety of spa and beauty treatments, an extensive menu of services including: massages, manicure, pedicure, infrared sauna, facial, hair and Signature treatments. EcoSpa opening hours: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Yoga The Yoga Space is located on the 3rd floor of our hotel, with a view on Echo Beach, it is breezed directly by the ocean. Yoga Space offers a spacious premise with large mirrors, yoga mats and yoga blocks. Yoga and Meditation classes are held regularly and vary depending on the instructor.
