Watching Malukat (holy water, with a flower as water purification) splashed gently over the temple and in front of every home and business every single day of the year is a great calming way to start your day. The Balinese do this for protection and prosperity, to appease the gods and ward off negative influences, and perhaps in these topsy turvy times we need that more than ever!

Who has ever been down to Cookies Beach Bar?🍺
It's just a casual stroll away from your amazing villa doors, but a whole world away from the hustle and bustle of ..

As if 2020 hasn't been challenging enough, here's some before and after pics following the recent high tides and huge seas which have taken their toll on the small beach bars and businesses..😟
When this is all over, and you're once again enjoying a sunset , be sure to have one at Cookies beach bar legian and support the locals!👍❤️
