Villa Dilen is a brand new villa designed by a young, modern woman that knows how to build a beautiful yet practical house to spend your best holidays. The private garden features a big swimming pool surrounded with a beautiful lawn with beanbags to enjoy a lazy day at the pool. The pool terrace is adjacent to the big open living that is in connection with the kitchen. In the night and in case it

is necessary everything can be closed by big sliding doors. The living has a nice and cozy, comfortable coach and gives a good view on the garden. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with table, chairs and all necessary pots and pans to cook your own meal But why should you? On walking distance there are numerous restaurants, bars and clubs where you can have your lunch or dinner in the best atmosphere possible. The spacious master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a big screen TV and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. On your way to the first floor, in between the ground and the first floor, there is daybed where you can lay down to read a book or just to relax. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Also on the first floor there is an office equipped with desk and magazines for you to read. The surprise of this villa is on the second floor where the owner has created a roof terrace with amazing views over Seminyak.
