Facilities get added to buildings all the time. A room converted, a machine bought, a sign put on the door.

These were structural. The first frame in each set is a site photograph: the gym and pool as a bare concrete floor plate, the sauna as a poured concrete bench. They were in the drawings before the walls went up, which is why the pool and deck sit on the ground floor at 52 square metres and the gym runs across both storeys at 137 square metres combined with the sauna above it.

The last frame in each set is the design being built to, with handover in September 2026.

Which of these would change your week the most?

A finished render tells you what a room is meant to look like. It does not tell you whether the money and the building move at the same pace.

At HAVN they do. Payment runs 30% at SPA signing, 40% across construction milestones, and 30% at handover, so each stage has to be built before the next one is owed. This video is one room moving through those stages.

PT Hetanny Investment Partners delivered six villa developments in Bali before this one, each on the same staged basis. HAVN is the seventh, with handover set for September 2026.

This is three stages of the same studio instead. Bare concrete, then plaster and joinery, then furnished. The first frame in each set is a photograph from site. The last is the design being built to. The middle is where most of the decisions actually get made: cabinetry, tiling, lighting, the ensuite and balcony openings.

Every HAVN studio runs 25 to 32 square metres, open-plan, with a kitchenette, ensuite and balcony, fully furnished at handover in September 2026.

There's a stat that gets repeated a lot: most gym memberships barely get used past the first couple of months. The usual explanation is motivation. The more honest one is probably distance, a 15-minute drive is enough friction to talk most people out of a Tuesday workout.

Wellness sells, which is exactly why it's worth being skeptical of anyone leaning on the word alone.

At HAVN the claim rests on what's actually there instead: a gym on both floors, a cold plunge, an infrared sauna, HEPA filtration in every unit. Those either exist or they don't, and they do.

Three adjectives and a hero shot won't tell you whether a floor plan actually works for daily life.

There's a version of this post that just lists PT Hetanny's six completed villas and calls it proof. That's true, but it's not really the useful part.

The useful part is that a disappearing deposit or an unpoured foundation isn't rare enough to wave off, and the actual protection isn't trust, it's structure: payments staged to construction milestones, a notary on record, a developer with something finished to point to instead of a promise. Wellness only holds up as a habit if it's genuinely easy to reach, not "10 minutes away" easy, inside-the-building easy.
