Feel a modern-minimalist with Scandinavian interior ambiance in the house. The house has three spaces each accommodating different requirements. These spaces are independent from one another and are scattered across the site creating a series of connected individual gardens, open to the surroundings. All the spaces are thus well lit and properly ventilated… the dialogue between “in and out”.
The space
Located in an additional part of Bandung where daily life continues in a typical urban structure. It is 5.6 km from Pasteur toll gate, 5.9 km from Paris Van Java (PVJ) mall, 5-6 km from Cihampelas Walk and Rumah Mode Factory Outlet, and approximately 11 km to Lembang city where you can find several tourist and culinary attraction that will be the best choice to spend your holiday with family and friends.
The house is 168 meter sq built on 216 meter sq of land. It is designed with consist of two buildings connected with a small bridge surrounded by the flowers. It has 5 different bedrooms where each room has its own unique interior design.
1st floor: Carport, main entrance, living room, 1 bath room, 1 bed room (01 Galatea), dining room, kitchen, garden, warehouse, maid and laundry room
2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (02 Galena, 03 Galendra, 04 Gretta, and 05 Gianara), co-working space, and 2 bathrooms (with skylight)
Facilities:
- Bedroom 01 "Galatea" - One Queen size bed (160x200 cm), AC, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, side tables and additional access door to backyard.
- Bedroom 02 "Galena" - One Double size bed (140x200 cm), AC, TV, dressing table, and wardrobe
- Bedroom 03 "Galendra" - One Double size bed (140x200 cm), AC, TV, dressing table, and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 04 "Gretta" - One Queen size bed (160x200 cm), AC, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, and side tables.
- Bedroom 05 "Gianara" - One Queen size bed (160x200 cm), AC, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, and side tables.
- Three shared bathrooms – Water heater, skylight roof where you can enjoy the sunlight while bathing
- Kitchenette – fridge, stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, water dispenser, bar and dining table
- Living room – Sofa, armchair, table, credenza, and TV
- Co-working space – working table, bookshelf, and bean bag
- A carport – for 2 cars, if more than 2, you can park in front of the building, but it’s quite safe.
- Courtyard – hanging chair and outdoor tables that you can use in the morning for breakfast under the sun, or dinner under the sky. Also, you may have outdoor barbecue with your family using our BBQ grill.
- Towels, soap, hair dryer, hangers and slippers are provided
- Wifi is available
The entire house is ideally for 8 to max 10 persons, and the bedroom is designed for max 2 persons. More than 2 is less comfortable, we don’t provide for extra bed.

Guest access
You can access all area accept another bedroom that you don't reserve, our warehouse, and house maid room.
Interaction with guests
The housekeeper stays in the house for 24 hours, so feel free to ask him whenever you need any help.
I’m working on weekdays, but sometimes I and my wife visit guest on weekend or at night after office hours. Even though I’m not around, don’t hesitate to ask. I and my wife, are ready to be contacted through our emails, phones, WA and AirBnB App.
Other things to note
Airbnb is not a hotel, it is part of the sharing economy, so the rules are somewhat different than it is at hotels.
Quite hours in Gemala House is at 09:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly.
As we are Muslims, we do not condone adultery and other disrespectful activities outside marriage. We also do not allow guests to invite other people to stay the night at our place --aside from the booking.

If you're planning to check in after 9 PM, we cannot accept your request.
