even his done it... yet he still say that he did not do it... but the cctv shows that he entered the customer room... It is good that the customer didn't report to the police... If not that guy sure go to the jail and the hotel name will be bad in batam... Poor worker that hotel ever had... such a lousy management still keep a thief roomboy in that hotel so to all of you please alert this

This Hotel is dangerous... A room boy will go into your room using master key and will take your items or even cash money if you leave in your room so why waste your time going to the hotel... My friend lost some of money saturday 23rd february 2013.. Luckily there is cctv at that hotel if not they would not get the culprits doing such things... will post the guy picture who enter the customer room
