🏝️ Big news for Bali property owners — and most people haven't noticed it yet.
Indonesia is fast-tracking legislation to build a Dubai-style International Financial Centre in Bali. Their own courts, English common law, AUD $9.3 billion investment target. The law is due September 2026.
When Dubai did this with DIFC, it changed everything — tourism, property values, the calibre of visitor coming through the door.

If you’re in Bali during Galungan & Kuningan, you’re experiencing one of the island’s most special cultural celebrations ✨ This year, Galungan falls on 17 June and Kuningan on 27 June.

Galungan celebrates the triumph of good over evil, when ancestral spirits are believed to return to visit family. You’ll notice the beautiful penjor (decorated bamboo poles) lining the streets and extra ceremonies across the island.

Kuningan takes place 10 days later and marks the end of the celebration, when ancestors return to the spiritual realm.

It’s such a beautiful time to experience Bali culture.
