Life is full of its ups and downs and it's pretty much unpredictable at the moment. ⠀
We might have planned big things for 2020 but the given situation forced some of us to pause and take a break for a while from our normal activities. ⠀
It takes time to adapt and we might feel like giving up during the process but always remember, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger 💪⠀

It is crucial to stay healthy during this pandemic. Make sure you stay hydrated every day and eating a balanced diet. It is also important to be physically active, get enough sleep and manage your stress.⠀

This year Silent Day in Bali is quite different from the previous years where this year we have to celebrate it in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. Thus, Bali government decided to extend it to two days besides it is also done as an action to slow down the spread of the virus.
