• Under 12 years old as free of charge in term sharing with parents.
• No extra bed is provided, any reservation requires for more than capacity per bedroom (2 adults per bedroom).

::Cancellation

• A cancellation fee is applied at 50 % from the total room reservation value if made between 8 – 15 days at low season, and 15 – 30 days at high season.
• A cancellation fee is applied at 100% from the total room reservation value, if made between 0-7 days at low season and 0-14 days at high season
• No show, full duration of total amount of stay will be imposed automatically
• Final payment are non-refundable

::Terms and Condition

• Check in time 14.00/ check out time 12.00
• Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 19.00.
• Rate subject to 21 % for government tax and service charge.
• Minimum length at stay is 2 night.
• 50 % deposit required to secure booking, balance of payment should be settled upon arrival.
• For last minutes bookings (within 2 weeks or less prior to arrival, full payment required upon confirmation)
