After our search we finally choose Villa Permata Bali and very glad we did, customer care have pampered us for an entire week.
Location is excellent for shopping and good restaurants.
Cleanliness, efficiency and housekeeping is excellent and not forgetting the complementary cherry tomatoes which grew in the the garden. thank you Mino for making our stay a pleasant one.

Nice, clean villa with 2 very big and spacious bedroom. The bathrooms were big and well equipped with a bathtub too! Rest assured that your rooms will be cleaned everyday while you are out having fun. Host was extremely welcoming and friendly and would do everything to make you feel at home. Villa Permata is well located in Seminyak and it is located in a quiet street that is 5-7 mins walk away from the busy shopping stretch, so be sure that you can have a quiet sleep at night! Villa was a little difficult to locate, but it would be fine if you mentioned to Taxi driver to drop you at Happy Chappy restaurant as it is just right behind it. For the great price and location, I would highly recommend people to choose this villa and I will definitely be back here again!

Our host Mino was amazing and was very accomodating, our flight landed at 2am but he was there to greet us at the villa when we arrived. the villa is lovely with modern furnishing set in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and nightlife. Susi came to the villa on a daily basis to clean and assist with any requirements . i can honestly say she was a great host and i will stay at the villa again on my next trip to Bali.

The host was extremely nice to come and pick us up at another villa that the cab driver just decided to drop us at. Permata Villa is extremely beautiful as shown in the pictures and is located at Seminyak where its just a 5-7 minutes walk to the happening shopping area. The villa was equipped with whatever we need and the host even went on the extent to get us whatever we needed as well (for examples, an adapter to charge our phone and a clothes hanger to dry our swimsuits). The host also cleaned up the villa every day when we are away such that when we come back the villa is s***k and span to our comfort. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool and the host was extremely nice to have us pick the cherry tomato in the garden for snack. The host really go the distance to make us feel at home.
We'll definitely come back to BALI and stay at Permata Villa again!

After many disappointments we finally found who tell the truth. Villa Permata Bali is what you read and see in the descriptions.
Location, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency and customer care have pampered us for an entire week. Hello Mino ... thanks ... we will return.

The villa was lovely, exactly as described. Everything was immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble for Suzy or Carmine arrange or find for you.
The position was amazing so close to everything in Seminyak a 3 minute walk and you are on the Main Street just near the Coco Mart and Red Carpet Champagne Bar .The Garden and Pool area were beautiful very tranquil and quiet also the villa is in a very secure position . Will be back next year.
